Descaling of Pipes

Just like you're your household water pipes, drain and stack pipes can become blocked through scaling, causing bad odours, reduced flow and full blockages. Rotary Mechanical Pipe De-scaling

As well as being used for cleaning larger pipes and cutting through plant roots, rotary mechanical cleaning can be used on smaller bore pipes using a process that is called back-cutting to 'cutback' the scale to the base material of the pipe, leaving the pipe clean and fresh. On smaller pipes no high pressure water jetting is required, just a controlled constant flow of water to wash the debris away.

The process is very cost-effective and of little inconvenience to the householder or tenant, since the process can be carried out while the pipe is still in normal use. One descaling is complete the pipe should not require servicing again for at least 5 - 10 years.
